Float Like A Butterfly...

Today I created a card for the "Hope You Can Cling To" card challenges at Splitcoast Stampers.  These cards will be sent by challenge participants to the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas for the benefit of their patients who are in need of uplifting messages of hope.  The specific challenge for this card is "Hope Floats"...with "float" being the key word.  I thought of Mohammed Ali's famous pre- fight quote of "Float like a butterfly- sting like a bee".  Conquering cancer is the biggest personal battle one can ever have.  I included a sparkly butterfly as one of my main images on the card.  The background of my card was created by daubing an embossing folder with various distress paints and watering it down with Perfect Pearls mist before laying watercolor paper on top.
